The people whom you surround yourself with says a lot about you. Oftentimes people dwell on unhealthy friendships because it is hard to say goodbye. Don’t let the negativity of others bring you down. Leave unhealthy friendships, and make new connections that will leave you feeling valued.

Finances can be one of life’s greatest stressors. If you are constantly dwelling on your finances you will have a hard time finding happiness. Take a look at your budget at the beginning of the year and edit any areas that need adjusting. If you don’t have a budget, make one! Also be sure to edit it monthly, as your financial needs can change often.
Organization is a key in becoming the best you can be. Staying organized can help you to be punctual, and generally on top of things, no matter what the situation. Plus, there is nothing better, and more motivating than coming home to a clean, organized home at the end of every day.
Make Time for Yourself
Sometimes it can be hard to say, “No!” But if you are constantly doing things for other people, you will not have any time for yourself. Making time for yourself is essential because it allows you time to both relax, and re energize.

The keyword is attainable. Each year people set goals that they have no intention, or even the capability of completing. Giving up is not an option, so if your goals are not realistic, don’t bother. If you set a goal, and reach it, set a new goal afterward! Think life goals, financial goals, and work goals.
